| And that is why buying these massively overpriced new cards makes no sense whatsoever. |

Sub 60FPS on low settings on most of the titles? I guess its not the time to get into PC-gaming if you're on a budget.
A Nintendo Switch might be much more suitable in such case, or whichever console. They at least aim to achieve 60FPS now. |

Make that 30FPS at "not the lowest" settings.
That's not bad from a card like that, at all - these are intended for a 3090GTFO. |

Not bad at all, but considering that even the cheapest laptop that comes with an MX350 is going to cost you between 700-900$, you are better off saving a bit more and getting a gaming laptop for 1100-1200$ which already comes with an RTX 3050 or RTX 3060. As said, better buying a console if spending 300$ more on a laptop is a problem |

USD 400 is considered a is lot when it's not actually required to participate in the games. It makes them look better, smoother, sure.
But at the end of the day, for those who can't afford a proper desktop, USD 400 is a lot of money just to render more pixels.
I am not disagreeing with you, just putting there a different perspective.
I would never buy a laptop anyhow, it's a toy for kids or a tool for adults; I don't see any other use for it. |
