Such horribly bad taste to announce an expansion pack for a game a month after it was released. Just shows they care nothing about the community and just want to make as much money as fast as possible.

Yeah man, leaves a bad taste in my mouth thats for sure. It would be nice if we could get the editor too for all the folks waiting to having a go at making their own content. Perhaps before the expansion comes out? Razz

Yup, have to agree. Typical EA garbage.. I bet they are proud of emselves too. Yeah! they got an expansion out as soon as they released the game. Looks bad.. the expansion looks nice, but nah.. not interested. BF2 on it's own is fine enough for me.

In any case, this is just a shameless ripoff. Unbelievable. Never is the next time i'll spend money on a EA game.

I was able to play BF1942 despite the addons... But EA is most certainly NOT my favorite game company.. As a matter of fact, they're my lowest. But BF2 is good right now. I don't believe an expansion is gonna require me to have to buy it. Regular games of BF2 I am sure will exist. Be a really dumb move to force people to buy an expansion.
