| The Intel chips are still 14 nm technology. How much power will you need to get that performance, your own nuclear plant? AMD is on 7 nm. Seems like Intel is just applying more brute force to try to keep AMD from a walk-over win. |

what does it matter if it's 14nm or 1nm? Running CB20 on 14nm 9700 or 7nm 3700, thermals are similar and power draw is similar.
Stop being lithography whores
edit: Rocket lake (11xxx) is 10nm. Or it's supposed to be. It's also a waste of everyone's time and money. If you are going to go with no upgrade path, better go with zen 3. |
