Denys Almaral has released a demo for his Half-Life 3 fan-made version in Unreal Engine 4. This demo uses free assets that are currently available via the Unreal Engine marketplace, and looks quite cool. As with most fan projects, this demo will give you an idea of what Half-Life 3 could look like in a modern-day engin
