This Unreal Engine 4-created clip uses photoscans to generate graphics in real time and the accuracy is astounding.

It look awesome! However, judging form the resolution and fidelity of visual effects I would guess it is a pre render based in unreal 4 engine. Very impressive though! Could well be where realtime game engines will head over next 10+ years though!

Some scenes look really good actually.
But sometimes it's quite obvious that it's Unreal.
Still hate the blur.
