I tried this game a while ago and I thought is was fine.
But in the end, I got very bored with it really quick.
Railroad Tycoon (1990) could do all these things (obviously with larger pixels) yet somehow they managed to keep the game more interesting. As I recall, it had even more upgrades and trains back then.
So, I felt it's a very good attempt at a reskin, but it does not deliver.
Seems like a last desperate attempt to keep people around before they jump ship?
With all the leaks and data theft EU will likely to shut quite a few of their services down and then they are nothing more than the other platforms that already do a far better job at social media.

The people at Ubi are one of the greediest idiots around - but in my response I shall ignore that fact.
Consoles always did, do and will do head towards extinction (same as PCs).
Yet they always make a comeback every x years.
As long as there is a demand for it and people to cash out those ridiculous prices, they will be around (same as PCs).
The things I don't understand about the console market are these:
- why buy hardware that cannot be upgraded?
- why buy games over and over again?
PCs you can upgrade in parts, and your can still run software on the same PC from 20 years back...
Consoles seems like a rich man's toy to me... (Which is fine, but why not donate that money to a better cause and buy a PC that can do so much more?) |

you upgrade the console the same way you upgrade your phone, TV, etc. You buy a new, better one. |

Buying a new one is not an upgrade, lol
These are upgrades:
Buy case, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy PSU, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy mobo, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy GPU, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy CPU, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy RAM, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy HDD, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy SSD, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy mouse, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy keyboard, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy joystick, use it, buy better one, sell old.
Buy steering wheel, use it, buy better one, sell old.
I.e. swap out parts when you see fit and replace them as you see fit. |
