Shortly after the game release,

NovaLogic has already issued the first patch for Delta Force: Xtreme, updating their tactical first-person to version 1.6.5.0. The patch implements new NovaWorld menus, and fixes various mission, artwork, sound, and some stability bugs. The 25MB patch can also be found on
