| I'm still waiting for Stalker, because it at least looks ambitious and the developers are Ukrainian guys (my fellow countrymen). But come on, people complained HL2 was late for a year, while the first estimated release date for Stalker was spring 2003 and it is obvious it won't be out till Christmas this year. I understand the project becomes more and more complex and a lot of hard work is involved and the dev team is rather small for such a project... ok, I forgive them. But it seems to me if HL2 would have come out on time it would look like a revolution, the same with Stalker: it's no longer THAT amazing. When I saw screenies more than two years ago, man was I in shock. I was thinking: "Is that possible? A photo, not in-game. Hell it is in-game!!!" Now it's just on par with some games, and I'm talking not only about graph technology... |
