I really don't mind this as long as the developers don't stick in special effects that ONLY run well on AMD GPU's while having really horrific performance on nVidia hardware.

The irony is in the fact that BF3 actually runs better on kepler based nvidia than on any amd hardware. BF4 will be based of the same frostbyte2 engine so I am guessing it will run better on nvidia again.
