"Of the 293,091 malicious apps, 68,740 of them were sourced directly from the Google Play Store; as the Store currently has around 700,000 apps, that roughly equates to 1 in every 10 apps being malicious"

That just goes to show how bad T.M's heuristics are, not how many actual apps are mallware. Google scans for mallware, hell, it won't even let you mail exe file as an attachment, not even in zip/rar if you don't password protect them.

you are right...and each encrypted .exe/.com is virus...

Never had a problem with anything I've downloaded. I have Adaway installed as well as Zoner Antivirus. I'm sure if you delve into this data the end/starting point is a disgruntled Apple supporter. Mad because his device sucks shit.
