Seems like a Windows release. Nothing really new, just a few additions so people can pay for it all over again.
So, I guess it means we will get a collection every n years? Great. |

Set for release this autumn at retail and digitally via Origin, the $50 collection will feature all 17 C&C games released since the real time strategy series debuted in 1995, which have been updated for Windows 7 and Windows Vista. |

I already own some or all of these games, what's new about these?
The 17 titles have been updated to work for Windows 7 and Windows Vista. In addition, since they are now playable via Origin, you will be able to utilize many of the Origin features such as cloud saves.

As far as I know EA's Origin requires Windows XP SP2 at least. So it should work on all Windows including Windows XP SP2. |

I played all those games on Windows XP; I mean the old ones from the "Decade" package.
Playable via Origin or requires Origin?
If the latter, it's discouraging. |
