Activision announced today that the first-ever fan festival for the franchise will be held this September 2 and 3 in Los Angeles. Call of Duty XP 2011. The gathering will feature Black Ops tournaments (with a million dollar prize!), hands-on time with Modern Warfare 3 and the full-featured version of Call of Duty Elite
