IGN sits down to interview the team of the new Mortal Kombat (PS3 / Xbox 360) about the brutal new fighting system. Check out these bone breaking damage features. Mortal Kombat will hit U.S. retail stores on April 19, 2011. The UK release date is one day earlier, April 18.

A piece of silicon flying out of a hit boob would be nice as well! xD

In any case, regarding fatalities, they are all amateurs in comparison to the Piranha that ate and spat out that dudes wiener, in Piranha 3D! lol (they had boob silicons as well ) Very Happy
