EA has launched the closed beta of the free for play Battelfield4Free, an updated Battlefield 2 which offers the same concept of gameplay as Battlefield Heroes. The beta keys are already out, but you can still sign up for the beta here.

Wow another EA F'up. I am supposed to get EVERY beta invite and once again they F up and didn't send me one! Holy F who runs things in that place! I love how the dickweed on twitter says not to send him anything about keys or he will outright ban. Man I'm pissed. I've actually been looking forward to playing this trash! I'm gonna forward my NFS Wold email from EA to that jackass on twitter!

EA Rep: The person who was sending you the invites was let go.

I guess that answers that. Sad Good thing I am on all Beta alerts and never got an invite. Rolling Eyes

Why would you want to play this? The netcode is shit, and if its anything like BFH you'll need to either do micro payments or play 2 hours a day to keep a normal gun

Oh you're probably right. From others I hear it's kinda crappy. But I still want to check it out. Oh well. Not a big loss if I don't get in. Heroes was kinda fun but I got bored of it quite quickly.
