It is very nice of GOG to offer this credit for us EU citizens, but can someone explain to be why the fuck are they pricing the games at 1:1 ratio anyway? Same goes for Steam.

Also I have a question. What happens if I log in from a secure proxy and buy the game that way? I could buy in dollars and pay in Euros. Am I a mafioso or what? lol

You can buy with paypal as well. Steam or GOG or whoever does not know what credit card you have registered.

Moreover, if I am Greek who studies in USA and have a Greek Visa card, won't this be accepted?

as far as I can tell, buying the "US" version or paying in dollars is cheaper unless you need those 16$ bonus on your GOG acc. I'd rather just pay 16$ less to begin with Razz

as for your question, I am sure it would be accepted, but methinks you would get the price in euros, not dollars one.
