"the authoritative voice of PC Gaming world-wide"
fuck their authority!
Its the actual gamers who are the authority and don't forget it. Not this group of megalomaniac jack asses trying to get more of the pc gaming industry on board so they can drive things towards bigger profit margins and whatever DRM scheming measures they can get away with inflicting...

so far they've failed at everything they've set out to do(probably a good thing actually), its like some PR group I suppose.. obviously won't the be last we hear of this them, they've been pretty silent on what they're really getting upto, certainly fucking isn't promoting PC gaming and doing the right things for it. I mean EPIC the biggest fucking losers to dump the PC down in favour of the controlled console market leaving only a crap UT3 game (a game seen in a bargain bin soon after launch, cus it was such crap, even ut2k4 is still to this day better and more competitive online) and lame ports or games using the unreal engine developed by other studios. As Epic would rather focus on a console market that will easily buy a new flashy game. I think it says a lot with the game companies names that have joined really.
Valve not involved? I wouldn't be surprised if they joined in sooner or later. I have a declining respect for that company these days.
Blizzard not involved...makes sense they make huge sums of money from the PC platform cus they actually develop games solely for it.
Microsuck involved.. don't they pay developers to make games for the xblock360 exclusive market?.. conflict of interest really.. I think they do the bare minimum to keep up the appearance of the PC windows gaming being good or whatever works in selling win7 copies. but they'd be just as happy if you bought an x360 and started coughing up more money. |
