Totaly hilarious!
What don't American's sue for???????
My coffee is too hot at McDonalds =sue them
UBI's DRM violates my right to play a game on MY terms =sue them.
on,and on it goes..........................Every game, software produced this side of the 90's has had a forum with at least **ONE** member stating "I'm suing them!" Then of course you NEVER,EVER hear from them again; nor does it change ONE thing about the 'offending' software
Considering the several MILLION PS3 owners out there AND an official forum, there's nothing but the average dummy spitter numbers in there as per usual. It's not an epidemic, the WHOLE world isn't in the same agreement , it's not on national news or front page etc, etc.
It's the same-old, if you are not happy with the terms and condition BEFORE applying the latest firmware OR game patch, don't apply it and sell the damn bloody thing!!!!
I WONT buy ANY of the current UBI titles with the DRM issues on PC, but i don't go making an ass of myself. I just DON'T buy them. It's just crazy, and folk are losing the plot on this but the PS3 is still above all, a PS3 that PLAYS blu-ray and PS3 games etc.
I never got a copy of linux with my PS3 is that what the problem is? you guys did??
Tell you what, it's fucking amazing that in this day-and-age you get some thing that is actualy FREE. If Sony could control Linux then it wouldn't be an issue, but the fact that you EVEN get Sony and linux in the same room was pretty good. Remind me; did M$ XBox and Linux do the same?......nah, didn't think so. |

It's the fact that people pay for something, which the company remove later on. It's the same as buying one of those ugly Ford's and then when you bring it in for inspection, they remove your airbags and car radio. It doesn't matter if you listen to your car-radio or not, you payed for it, it's yours !
This is COMMUNISM ! |

| I think some people just don't get it. This was a genuine feature of the PS3 and it's written up everywhere. They just come down and remove it with some BS statement most everyone knows is BS. Some sit there and swallow it (typical) and make excuses for Sony while others like those behind the lawsuit do something about it. I personally hope I get money back from Sony. |
