Aren't these the same dudes that caused a lot of shit when they left EA and 2015 after making MOH AA? Aren't these the dudes that went on to start COD? So they left EA only to go back to EA? Makes sense  |

Does it really matter when a developer leaves?
The company I work for is a software house (not gaming, unfortunately!) and nobody really cares when someone leaves - the work gets reshuffled and life carries on.. |

It depends. Some ppl cannot be easily replaced.
For example, Anders Hejlsberg. |
