I guess the ones that can aren't going to be given the opportunity to "make a change for the better" thats where political assassinations and smear campaigns come in. It's a quaint 50's perception of an old ethos that maintained the white picket fence, meanwhile the facile herd are oblivious to corporate interests and their manipulations.

We wouldn't need this idea if television debates allocated time and effort in discussing solutions to problems which they rightly deserve. Only hourly specials with a third of the time allocated to advertisements or entertaining dead end options. Last thing TV stations and politicians want is for people to start taking back control of their lives and making real decisions that affect them on a daily basis, sorry sheep don't lead.

Somehow i don't think the big corps and governments will listen to ordinary people providing simple and effective solutions to the worlds problems. Firstly it would render them useless and secondly it would take away the power these megalomaniacs have and return it to the people so they are wielders of their own destinies. Don't forget the accountability issues of these corrupt talking heads for which they disregard whenever blame is laid rightfully at their doors.

Nvm let someone else deal with it, its beyond my pay grade, besides i have a Bud light and Big Mac to finish.

Unfortunately I don't have the time watch all of it so I have to say only two things.

1) Solving global warming with gaming cards like the 4870X2, GTX 295, 5970, GTX 480? WTF?

2) The lady is quite milfy. I'd like to play some "hello" with her! Twisted Evil

You would have done well to watch it to completion pso. The types of games she was suggesting had little to do with hardcore graphics hardware.

I really like her ideas, although I think they are too optimistic. Most people are too ignorant or unintelligent to involve themselves in the types of deep and meaningful games she suggests we ought to play in order to make the world better. This is why we have a constant stream of war shooters and the like being pooped out year after year. I see this video as a type of preaching to the converted. Certainly though, if only a small percentage of people take on these ideas and start creating more meaningful and real world tied problem solving simulators (that's really what she is suggesting) then yes, I think the world can become a bit better. I see the tyranny of the big budget publishers only set to worsen in future, so alternatives to their dross would be very welcome to me personally.
