well they made their millions out of their *official* M$ HDDs. Talk about 'behind the times'? Ever since external HDDs have been available you could stick them into a USB port -inc PS2.
M$ are just tight bastards!

Big deal, my computer did that in 1999. Considering Xbox is little more than a proprietary computer, this is not at all impressive and is a weasel marketing tactic. Evil or Very Mad

I didn't know I could throw a usb hd onto a ps3 and use that as storage for downloaded games. Beats replacing the drive internally. I know you can put music and photo's on a usb stick and plug it in and have access, but to save game data, install games etc to that usb drive I didn't know could be done. Interesting. Good to know.
