I wonder what type of test rig they used ? These pedantic programming zealots will never cease in consuming more cpu, memory and storage space with inefficient bloated code. Nvidia, ATI, Asus, Abit alongside Intel are all rubbing their hands with glee when they begin listing their product fee.
Cahoots i tell you these ppl are working with one another to entice you into raiding your hidden stash and partying with your cash all for some piece of bloated trash. |

| I think CryTek will do better this times, hoping they have learned from crysis. Never played it, but lets say they learned, that a polished engine that is reaching decent frame rates with wide spread rig configs, will be better for sales than shiny blingbling. But who knows. |

I certainly prefer an urban atmosphere in fps games, like FEAR not FEAR2 which was total console shit. Don't get me wrong the original Far Cry island was great, but Crysis, just didn't do much to improve on it, other than graphically, gameplay wise it should have been better, the enhanced suit wasn't really the type of thing that appealed to me. Like adding more helicopter gameplay, but then I want an urban strike/desert strike/jungle strike game comeback with the cryengine
I dunno they seem more interested in the engine, like Epic Games, who now just have a bunch shit consoletard games like UT3, Gears Of Wars.. lost the plot really as even Ut2k4 is still a better and more fun/competitive multiplayer game than fucking UT3 gfx junk.
Can Crytek actually make a decent game, not a throw away game with that engine is the question. |

I don't trust those screenshots as far as I can throw them. Look how basic the buildings are in the background, and the harsh angles on the static mesh objects in the environment, yet the suit is so perfect it looks like a million+ polygons.

Same... show me in-game video not a few doctored pics. Give me the PC specs.
I was losing interest in Crysis. The last one was WAYYYYY to short for the price. This one would be cool with this sort of environment though. Need to see more this wont do. |
