From a friend of mine who's played it. It feels and sounds like C&C. If you had your eye's closed and walked into the room your first guess would be C&C. It's nothing spectacular. Not a must have unless you are bored of your current RTS.

i agree i think its to little to late for starcraft, really plays like c&c, but still feels like SC, it wont fail. it still has its core fans from back in the day.

It appeals to Asian market, that's all this game ever applied to.

Don't know what the hell you guys are talking about. I'm in SC2 Beta and it looks and feels great. It's exactly what I was looking for - Starcraft but born again. I despise all command and conquer games, but I usually play through their campaigns, and I can confidently say it plays nothing like them.
