2K Games has officially un-boxed the Special Edition for BioShock 2 on its official Youtube channel. The BioShock 2 Special Edition will come with a vinyl LP, a soundtrack CD, an art book, three lithographs, all inside a big impressive box.

What garbage, lol. Bioshock doesn't do for me what System Shock did. I find the contents of the box rather, umm, crappy. I'd rather have figurines from the game than a lousy book nobody would be interested in or pictures of people who don't really exist. If I get this game, which I doubt, I'll get the regular game. I like how she says, the reflective case will look good on a shelf, ya sure, with 100+ other games on the shelf, most you will see is the spine of the dvd. All in all, pretty useless collectors edition. I like her chair though, used to have one like that at my old work place. Darn comfy chair! My new heated/vibrating chair at home though is really nice.

Well ironicaly Bioshock 1 shipped with the 'Big Daddy' 6" figurine (i've got it) which is pretty smart.
It also shipped with the 6" vinyl pressed CD music score, making of DVD, Steel book case, etc etc.

The cover of Bioshock 2 is nothing more than a holographic/prismatic effect that has been around from the 70's! (it's on the 3D blu ray copy of Coraline) Why they shipped a 12" vinyl record is beyond me??? Probably 90% of the generation that buy this don't own a deck to play it on..... yes it's supposed to be retro bioshock1/2, but it's probably lost on most people out there unless you were from the 60/70's Shocked
