Turbine announced today plans for their next expansion to Lord of the Rings Online. Titled Siege of Mirkwood, it will raise the level cap to 65, add a new region, and introduce skirmishes \'a new system where players will train customizable soldiers and take them into battle as part of the War of the Ring.
