of course the lilst fails to mention that vista and windows 7 support ASLR wich is a hugh security advantage over xp. only the upcoming snow leopard is said to implement full ASLR too.
i mean i wouldnt buy windows 7, but you can easily download it today and even activate it with automatic updates... |

| Win7 RC good until July 2010 so no need to rush to store. It's funny people are reviewing it now and judging it on CPU etc. When I run Win7 with a huge amount of games and apps I find, unlike Vista, Win7 doesn't slow down. These tests don't really test for how people use it. It's fresh out the door. Vista out the door barely even installed on peoples computers. Win7, other than putting in your key I can't remember another question. It impressed me with it's snappier performance in terms of moving around the gui. Win7 will eventually be something you have to go to. Games etc are all going to be using it's features. I'll wait to get it in July next year. |
