A Lionhead spokesperson has confirmed to VG247 that

Justice and

Survivors are old Lionhead concepts and are not in production at the studio. Concept art created by Leading Light Design appeared last night, but they were assured neither points to an actual game.
Peter Molyneux is to speak at GDC next
