It runs just fine without PhysX. No thank you. I prefer my games to run at the best possible framerate.

There are several scenarios where PhysX acceleration is a no brainer. I use two graphics cards but they are not identical enough to do SLI. So, instead I can now dedicate one of the GPU's for PhysX, with the latest Nvidia drivers that is.

The PhysX enabled version of the video is a lot cooler.
