The features they want to include (there are others, not mentioned here) are a great addition to what steam currently offers. They will turn out to be very useful I think.
IMHO steam is a very good thingy, I've absolutely no reasons to say otherwise, haven't had any problems so far.

Obviously they will, big bribe in the fact they store your games saves. "want ALL your games saves back after 2 years of games never quite finished?" Well, subscribe.
We'll give them 2 years to build up a big juicy carrot then hit them!

which in windoze auto update, was a complete nonsense for screwing drivers up! Maybe ok on general bought PCs but not on builders rigs. I NEVER let auto update download ANYTHING.
