This is actually a pretty good marketing move, I'm just surprised EA are the first to really go to town with it.

devilhood: Yes - if it was for a present product like BF2 or similar instead of a new and unproved product.

Genoism: I like my games stolen, preferably stolen amd secondhand - given to me by a shady man in a street corner with a peg leg and weird accent.

Actually, no. It would be worse if it was for a present product, because people have already paid money for it and would feel cheated.
Something like this needs to be advertised from the start to get the right kind of positive reaction.
