No changes, i have the two operating systems and thre is no changes in one or the other, also i try the "patch" going around there and there's no way that changes the config cause the cvar lists doesnt do this in any game, there just references for the console.

15-25fps isnt smooth at all... i wouldn't be barging about it saying its great... its clear the older dx9 cards wouldn't be able to handle more textures..,. my 8800 has more power and a bigger pipeline to say to handle more, older cards do not.....
