at MS..... If the XBox360's are *all* defective, then that more or less makes the warranty useless. (since it's a predictable time bomb for failure) They have to recall ALL boxes and then start again with new hardware and new warranty.
I would want a refund until new units are shipped OR you automaticaly get a NEW unit (exchange old) upon release.
