Obviously the kid has some kind of metabolism disorder. No matter how much I eat I can not become that fat! She needs medical help. Her mother feeding her less would only partly help.

the only disorder she has is that her mother is trying to not feel fat - hence she makes her kid fat...maybe fatter. If the girl works out she can lose it all, but without any support she's going to heart attack heaven real fast.
