What the hell are you talking about, restrictions, download limits? I got none of those 100Mb/s down, 15MB/s up uncapped. No problems here. I use both Cdn and US Netflix without issue. |
I read some time ago that a lot of internet providers in USA are limiting monthly download limit. And 'Fair Usage Policy' is nothing new in USA and Canada...Now, since I don't live there I can't tell what is true and what is not therefore I can only assume things :/ |
Yeah, US and CA SPs provide capped internet quite often - Rogers in Toronto for example. Better buy uncapped Teksavvy... |

| Oh, I am not affected by any of this. I do not have access to Netflix since I am not from "murica" or CA, and internet is not capped in my country, or any neighboring country that I know of. It's actually confusing me why is this news important. 50% of USA internet users watches NetFlix - what does that imply exactly? That other 50% pirate? I don't even... |

It's an artificial number for marketing purposes. |
