yes, if you live in the USA. If you live elsewhere you can't get it and there is no upgrade for you. Yes, I can order it from micro-center, it will take additional ~$140 for shipping so that's not really a viable option.

well, I meant it as a comparison between the 5600X3D and 5800X3D. With an i7 9700, neither of those CPUs upgrades really make much sense ...

well, I meant it as a comparison between the 5600X3D and 5800X3D. With an i7 9700, neither of those CPUs upgrades really make much sense ...


In that case, you'd get more consistent performance out 5600X3D since 3D cache is always in use over all available cores. Then again, I am talking exclusively about performance in games. If computer is needed for render and production, both X3D options are terrible and a waste of money.
