GameSpot has posted word on three new game announcements from Sega:

- First up was the announcement that yes indeed, there is a next-generation Sonic game in the works. Billed as a "re-invention" of the classic franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog will make its debut on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 36

you'd think with all that graphic power they'd make a HIGH poly version of sonic...he looks so blocky...

Was that a sarcastic comment? He looks fine to me, especially considering everything else going on on the screen.

The robot tanks thing looks wild, can't wait to blow some sh*t up Very Happy

The blooming effect gives a special look to the game, very pretty. No extra blockiness detected.
