VU Games today announced development of Sierra Entertainment's
Caesar IV, the sequel to the million unit plus selling Caesar III, scheduled for release in 2006. Developed by Tilted Mill, Caesar IV advances, refines and updates the city-building gameplay pioneered by Caesar III, while remaining true to it

i'm not sure i prefer games with the latest-hottest-best 3d engine but empty gameplay......

It's not about the latest and hottest, it's about hiding the flaws with cheap (and ugly) effects you think exist because of the complexes inflicted on you by the competition. Rolling Eyes
