Better than... DOS? Linux? Windows XP?
It's a relative term, so go figure.

That's the first thing they got right in Windows 10.
The next step is weeding it out as a whole.
I wonder what happened to Norton Cache.
That was the best disk caching software I've ever seen.
It was part of Norton Utilities 8.0. |
