I assume it's Celsius.

Dunno where anyone would put this massive heat output.
This CPU lineup is total trash.
Just a useless marketing gimmick to show stakeholders they have competivie products.
Thing is, a product you can't sell is not a product, really.
Intel's been sitting on its butt for years with zero innovation.
They's pay the price now.

Intel can't design in more speed, so they brute force and jack up the power rating and heat in an attempt to produce numbers that can hang with AMD.
