This patch is 700MB in size and offers three PhysX options: Off, Low & High. As always, this update will be auto-downloaded via UPLAY the next time you start Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. In addition, Nvidia has released a comparison video for ACIV's PhysX effects:

As usual with PhysX, it gets overblown. I don't mind a little smoke effect, but having the character buried in a solid opaque cloud in the middle of a swordfight is nonsense.

The antialiasing is pretty cool though.
