A new teaser trailer for Darksiders 2 played during the commercials for the 2011 Spike Video Game Awards. Check it out and see if it meets your expectations for the sequel. Darksiders 2 will release in the Summer of 2012 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. It is also rumored to be a launch game for the Wii U.
