Kotaku reports that Microsoft is
requiring that all future Xbox 360 applications have at least some kind
of support for the Kinect device. The specific requirement is that apps

This pretty much means the next xbox coming out next year will require this too. I hope it's better than the current kinect as it's kind of crappy atm.
