Well, they did this with BC2 i think and it does not bother me!
Thats only for those who buy second hand game.... big deal...

Useless EA

We would rather have you buy a new game than a used game because buying a used game is only a cost to us; we donâ€™t get a single dime from a used game, but we still need to create server space and everything for you.

I wonder what else EA can do to further sabotage this game..

Really guys pissed off abOut the online pass system? I'm not, it makes perfect sense. Why should gamespot make 100% profit of a game they didn't create? Don't be cheap guys buy the game new.

But for all the Bullshit there doing with this game I cannot defend. It's simply bad idea after bad idea.

How is it that they have to create additional server space for the same 1 copy of the game? if I sell my copy or give it away I am no longer utilizing the "Server Space" for this copy. so, essentially Server resources are freed up. The statement they made is purely from EA greed on selling the same packaged product more than once like double dipping. For that matter they should only then release electronic distribution of the game and inherently one could not resell it solving this problem... This is where EA will destroy a great game! Perhaps COD MW3 will be our savior Question

There has been mention of this for ages, it will eventualy apply to all games that are bought second-hand.
No problem with it myself as any inc codes are applicable to your account -stands to reason as NONE work if you buy second-hand, It's not specific to EA either and will be the future. Screws shops like GAME who sell second-hand but ONLY reduce the price slightly from new, so people will force them to reduce even further since YOU need to buy a pass or just buy new now, DUHHH!
