As planned the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 patch for PC is now released. Steam users should simply restart Steam and the update should download. Non steam users can run the updater tool in their install directory or download the patch manually through a mirror: EACDN, AUSGAMERS, FilePlay and BranZone.

| What a joke, look at all these fixes. And people play this garbage?! I guess it's almost a new game each time as they constantly fart around with the balance. They still fail to block 2 super popular aimbots and wallhacks in excess of 12,000 downloads as stated by their download counters. I actually laughed when I saw this list. I'm glad I left this mess behind. |

check the damage charts now for the game.
the m60 does the same damage as the xm8 and m416.
a 5.56x45 = 7.62x51....yeah they just did that...fuckin sad. |

also, am i the only one that thought the graphics were rather shit and the audio was quite over rated?
never once was i amazed by the audio... ive only been frustrated by how much it lacked |

| Ah I just didn't get into this game, the sound glitches where I was missing sounds on maps, couldn't even hear people shooting or capping. Then how they kept re-cycling maps or then changing weapons. You get used to a weapon, hey let's change it! All cuz of what? whiners?! F that. Had enough! Doubt I'll ever get another BF or BC game. I prefer the tighter games like COD. Even if there's cheaters, still a lot faster paced. |

The only problem i have with sounds is at ATACAMA desert map, when in water and leave the tank, the go back in and go... something screamingly shity starts to sound... but doesnt mather, i dont have any other problems...
I end up playing only one map lately, ATACAMA desert on Conquest, this is the most fun i have!
 The tracer bullets are back again, and me very happy!
I guess that this 2.5gb download that i made today, through Steam is the Vietnam maps and stuff... plus the 2 new maps we wait for BFBC2.
 Madafakarz, why they make me download Vietnam, i dont wanna buy this!
On the main menu screen there is Vietnam button Fakin wankers! |

| FFS people still run around with their parachutes fully blown up. This game is garbage and the spec is fucking retarded and just does everything to hide cheating pricks. Totally don't care about this game. |
