After thinking about the MoH fiasco more, I think the Army wants to suppress it in case anyone got the idea that the "enemy" are just humans too - like them. Exact names matter here keep in mind. Of course thinking of one's enemy as human and equal makes them harder to shoot. Bad for business, yo.
