Sony\'s Network Operations Americas VP Eric Lempel has
announced that PS3 Firmware 3.50 (EU / US) is released, and as expected
it includes Blu-ray 3D disc playback. However, a lot of other nifty
changes have also been introduced through this update, like the ability
to use Move as a web browser cursor and a new XBM

And perhaps the least known new feature : More anti-jailbreak code which will break another couple of ten thousands legitimate consoles, but that will not make the news...

Didn't make the news because there is no fix for the jailbreak. Wink After more thought on the jailbreak though I hope they continue to block it because it will continue to keep the PS3 clean. I don't want another hack infested platform like the PC.

Free games or not, it would be nice if a decent XBMC port for the ps3 was released, but that will probably never happen.
