Yes, Portal 2 will be released on the Playstation 3, along with the other supported platforms. At the Sony E3 Press Event, Gabe Newell made the announcement that Portal 2 will feature Steamworks (auto updates, community features, downloadable content..) on the PS3. Sounds a bit crazy now but Portal 2 will be available
