It seems Blizzard is taking action to break AVR Mod
which is a mod that draws 3D objects in game to help with boss
mechanics. Hopefully what Blizzard does works and the mod author
doesn\'t try to bypass it pushing Blizzard to make more drastic changes
that may affect many other addons.
This is a notice that we\'

Players should take more steps to tell blizzard to fuck off and stop being noobs wasting time on a grind game tbh
And all AVR addon proves is that someone can make the useful interface features when blizzard would rather players use the defaulty poorly developed crap, and if that makes players end up wasting time in raids etc then good it means they'll be staying on subscription longer.
really sabotaging this addon is beyond stoopid, its not a cheat at all. Besides Blizzard are the best at cheating players
Coming soon from the Blizzard Store: BlizzBoard! Have you ever wanted an easy way to visually help your fellow raiders and guildmates? Tired of dropping new smoke flares every 5 minutes to mark where people should be? Well for only $2.99/month, you can gain access to the amazing new BlizzBoard feature. BlizzBoard is like a whiteboard for your raid! Share ideas visually, don't stand too close to other party members, draw giant wangs on your buddies monitor! Act now and get a bonus sparkle pony mini pet and plushie (s&h extra)!
And the only reason wow became so popular was because of the extra good shit mod developers added to improve the games functionality, without that sort of development and attention wow would never have gotten as popular as it did.
fuck you blizztard corp |

I don't suppose the reason WoW is so popular has anything to do with how huge of a fan base the Warcraft series has always had would it?
No of course not that would be detrimental to your useless post Koogle.
It amazes me how much people hate Blizz because they know how to make good games. I really don't care if you agree with me or not warcraft, starcraft, diablo, and any other game i can think of from blizz has always been great and had huge success. |

you really think wow would have been as successful without the mod support?
No chance, and they'd never have reached the same amount of subscribers. |

the mod support or better said, the way of blizz to go with a lua based interface surly played a role in wows success, but there isent a single other mmo out there at least i could find, that comes close to wows pve game.
sure there a games that may be better then wow in one aspect, but i really cant find a alternative. the only thing that kinda sucks since wotlk is how easy raids and heroics got. i dont give a fuck how many have beaten an encounter, it was a good thing to make raids in gerneral more accessable but the raids itself could at least be eh hard or something.
beside icc on heroic its really become a walk in the park. |
