It looks like even at the Pre-E3 Event Microsoft is sponsoring, press will not be allowed to bring any video equipment. They\'re calling it a \'technology free\' event. Microsoft’s just sent VG247 a statement on the matter:

No, this event is a \'technology free\' event designed for you to come and enjoy yourself.
