How do you benefit from paying $15 for just 5 freaking maps?.. these aren't even cross singleplayer (&multi) maps where some extra fucking effort would have had be involved. Back in the day multiplayer maps were made for free and tested on public servers with friends/clans and anyone wanting to join, of course that was when decent map editors were expected to be released for FPS titles. Now its so easy to make a map (with a decent designed editor) for anyone who with even a bit of dedication, it hurts there greedline and DLC agenda. I mean that MW2 junk has profited Insanity Ward an CrapTivision how much?

Yeap. Just for make and example of how a company truly deserves my money, take a look at Valve. On friday, when I came back from work I already have The Passing DLC for Left 4 Dead 2. Wich adds a new SP campaign, supports all the MP modes, adds two new weapons (the M60 is awesome), the crates, new special infected, a history with a crossover from the original L4D survivors, new achievements and the Mutation weekly mode. All that for free... and Activision wants to charge 15 bucks for 3 freaking maps?!??!? Yes, 3, 'cause two of them are just copy/paste from COD4. I'm really feel a retard already just for buying Modern Warfail 2.
That's without mention that L4D2 have mod support and dedicated servers. |

I benefit because I can play them and you can't without paying. That's important.
It doesn't matter that other games allow for custom maps. This one doesn't. Yes it sucks there is no browser. It sucks on console that it doesn't have a browser either. It's how they designed it. Everyone knows it's consolized. Get over it. They never once said they were going to put out a browser. Never. The maps are good quality and legit. I like that. 5 for $15 is good to me.
I buy games and addons on PS3 and PC, what difference does it make?
I bought Trine on PC and PS3 for $10 total! It took minutes to download.
I bought $15 bucks of addons for WarHawk on PS3 as well as other games. So what?

One thing I can assure you. Respawn will put out a game that's a clone of MW2 with just a bit extra. Wait and see, I bet this is like MOH:AA all over again. Soon EA will be a bunch of bitches again and they'll quit. Life goes on eh?

All L4D2 is, is an addon with a better rendering system. Oh and they changed up the Stories.. yippee. You paid for the same game twice with a few tweaks and things thrown in. I bought both of them, I only play L4D2 now. Who plays L4D1 now? Only the cheap bitches. You have to be an idiot to buy MW2 on PC and after playing it, not figure out you will have to pay. Like duh? It's on Steam after all. It's 5 maps regardless of what you think. I will be able to play 5 additional maps on MW2. |

I'm sorry but I play both of the Left 4 Dead. You know why? 'Cause in PC there's something calling community and this so called "community" makes mods that makes a game more fun, different, better, replayable... you name it, you have it. Nobody's playing L4D1? Just take a look at the custom servers page...
