Excited ? Bored !

The usual overacting as all modern games, killing 4000 enemies in 1 minute while running between bullets .... Cheap.
Besides, a GOOD game should start peacefully and build up on excitement, but here you just get that "Oh no, not again...." feeling from the very first mission.

It's good for brainless children, loving running around shooting bullets toward any pixel on the screen, but it just seems like no exciting storyline, just get out the car, and start running and shooting. We seen that before, way too many times to be exact.

"FAILED"

Any Excuse ?

.... Oh yeah !!!! The graphics look kinda good ! just as good as the Vista Aero graphics !!!!!

"FAILED AGAIN".

.. I do like fast fps arcade type action.. its just mindless run and gun action like you say... its never going to be tom clancy, and can't say I really expected much of a change, its best not to expect any storyline in these games really, its gonna be cheese anyway (I mean gaargh at the end of that demo) .. 8min to get through an entire level.. which didn't look at all challenging to me. Even a lack of ammo can add to the game experience.. I mean limitless ammo and spray action isn't my thing.. you do get satisfaction from quality shots.

But the singleplayer is not what I remember much from the first MW game... most of it was forgettable.. the singleplayer levels that I remember at all were the sniper ones, where you took things a little slow pistol / sniper action.. unfortunately those were short lived, and could have been much better, longer / more of them would have helped! A real damn shame as they were the best bits I remember. More defending gameplay or aggressive c4/trip mines variety / sneaky shit is what I like in singleplayer.. And much like HL2 and turret defense, variation.. If MW2 is like this first level demo I'll probably be onto the servers instead.

And MW multiplayer is where most the gametime is going to be spent, .... MW2 looks like a ok update.. I say ok.. because really I'm just expecting everything MW was with a bit of an enhancement (which is always better than a complete change and a total fuck up..which seems to be real common these days). I don't think its ever going to come into Battefield2 territory, though I wouldn't mind it, cod4 engine, player movement, hit detection etc is way better.. but the lack large maps and vehicles (online) is disappointing.
